Treasury Intelligence
A public research system for understanding Bitcoin-standard institutions—built to expose sources, uncertainty, classifications, and corrections.
Evidence readiness
Method first.
We will not display live treasury figures until ingestion, reconciliation, freshness, and correction controls are verified.
Make one public claim easier to verify. You can contribute a source, a correction or a reproducible calculation without connecting a wallet.
Choose a company filing, issuer disclosure or official report. Confirm the entity or instrument and the exact statement you want to understand.
Use the evidence worksheet to separate effective date from retrieval time, label units and preserve any calculation. Missing values stay unavailable.
State what the source supports, any conflict or stale input, and the next question. Share a public-safe source or correction proposal only when you choose.

A reader can locate the source, understand its date and units, and reproduce your calculation or see why no calculation is possible.
Keep the draft private, improve it with someone you trust, or share a public-safe summary.
This opens a draft GitHub issue. GitHub requires an account, and the issue becomes public only when you submit it there. Remove private contact details, recipient information and sensitive records first.
Open a GitHub draft ↗After submitting, keep the issue link and follow the discussion. A proposal is not an accepted role, event booking or funding commitment. Agree the scope with a human before representing the project.
A human can review the note and, if appropriate, propose it for Lunch Time Conversations. An issue does not guarantee publication. This research path does not monitor your balances, debt or liquidation risk.
Treasury Intelligence connects balance sheets, public policy, market structure, and network health. Every category has boundaries.
Companies, governments, funds, and institutions—without confusing custody with ownership.
Flows, holdings, issuer disclosures, and reconciliations between reported and estimated data.
Primary legislation, regulator actions, and exact procedural status rather than headline summaries.
Core software, security, usage, and infrastructure developments from official sources.
Coverage is based on public relevance—not promotion or price speculation.
Why Bitcoin?
The clearest public test of digitally scarce, independently verifiable monetary infrastructure—and the center of institutional treasury adoption.
Why Litecoin?
A durable proof-of-work network with a long operating history, payment utility, and an institutional record that deserves the same evidentiary discipline.
Why Stellar?
Public infrastructure for payments and tokenized assets, connecting network research to regulated financial institutions and real-world settlement.
A number without provenance is only decoration. Published observations are designed to preserve who said what, when it was true, when we retrieved it, and how confidently it can be used.
Source, retrieval time, effective time, and methodology.
Verified fact, reported claim, estimate, interpretation, or dispute.
Confidence, corroboration, reviewer, and correction state.
Why the observation matters and what it does not prove.
This status is intentionally visible. Prepared architecture is not presented as live intelligence.
